Pricing Questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no card, no charge. We’ll prompt you to add a payment method before the trial ends if you want to continue.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you haven’t added a card, your account flips to read-only — your data stays safe and you can still see it, but write actions (creating orders, printing labels, processing POS sales) are paused until you subscribe. Add a card from your dashboard to resume.

Monthly or annual — what’s the difference?

Annual billing is 17% cheaper than 12 months of monthly billing on every tier. You pay once a year up front; cancellation refunds the unused portion if requested through support. Monthly bills every 30 days.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing page — Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically. Switching between monthly and annual is also a one-click change.

Are there per-user or per-transaction fees?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited products, and no per-sale fees. The flat monthly price is the whole price.

How do I cancel?

Open the billing portal from your dashboard and click Cancel. You keep full access through the end of your paid period — no surprise mid-period cutoffs.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes, anytime. Products, orders, customers, and designs all export as CSV or JSON. Your data is always yours.

Is migration really free?

Yes. Send us your existing product list, customer file, or order history (CSV, Shopify export, Square export, or messy spreadsheet) and we’ll import it into your new account and walk you through the first hour of setup.
